They are the worst provider I have ever dealt with. The phone service was terrible. Could not use phone at work place or home. Phone use was limited to outdoors. Forget about out of town-it never would get service. Customer service what a joke. Customer service representatives were horrible. They were not professional, lacked judgement skills and the patience of an infant. Their were a few I dealt with that were very good but that outweighed the majority of the bad ones. The biggest issue I have with them is they seem to be neglecting their roots. Every since the merger Nextel customers have been relegated to junky handsets and poor coverage. Sprint Nextel does not seem to understand that their core 2way customers need rough service,durable handsets that can also function as a PDA/ Smartphone and are willing to pay for quality hardware. Those radios are how we are able to stay in business and a broken P.O.S. cause us to loose money. I have been a customer of Sprint Nextel since 2000 when it was just Nextel.
