OK SO I?VE HAD SPRINT(SUCKS BIG TIME) AND MY BROTHERS HAVE VERIZON AND MY BROTHERS BRAG ABOUT VERIZON ALL THE TIME BUT THEY HAVE DROPPED CALLS EVERYTIME I?M WITH THEM! I NEVER HAVE DROPPED CALLS, THE ONLY TIME IS WHEN I TALK TO THEM! I ALSO WORK IN THE MALL AT A HAIR SALON, THE ONLY PEOPLE WITH RECEPTION IS T-MOBILE CLIENTS WE JUST CRACK UP. PEOPLE HAVE TO STAND NEXT TO THE ENTRANCE DOORS TO TALK. I HAVE FUN SOMETIMES AND TELL THEM ?GET T-MOBILE!? AND T-MOBILE WAS RATED #1 FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I?VE BEEN WITH T-MOBILE FOR 7 YEARS NOW AND I?M THERE TO STAY!

I have had T-Mobile since August 2008. At first I had 1 or 2 bars where I live. Around May last year it deteriorated to absolutely no signal. I tried calling them many times, and each time they either put me on hold forever or said, according to their map I “should” have coverage. I know it is not due to the phone itself because in my office (3 miles away from where I live) I have 4 bars. And I know it is not due to the construction of my building because, after having no signal with T-Mobile for 3 months, I got a phone with another provider and have 3 bars on that phone. I communicated this with T-Mobile for many times, and they have refused to terminate my contract on the ground that according to their map I “should” have coverage, even though it is obvious that I haven’t been able to use my phone for the past 10 months. People who know me will know that I rarely ever make any blanket statement like this, but T-Mobile’s Customer Service SUCKS!

I have been a loyal TMobile customer since 2005. I am no longer loyal due to the fact that being a loyal customer does not afford the same services as a new customer. In short once you are on you are on. For instance, new customers are offered text/email messaging to let them know when there minutes are up. If you sign up today you will recieve this benefit. If you are already a customer than your are out of luck. Also, it is up to you to keep them honest. If you are with them they will not notify you with planse that are better for you and your family. You need to keep the honest by visting there service via the internet and a computer as they are not available by phone. Here is my problem. Imagine if you went to a restaurant ordered a meal and asked for another soda. When you get your bill the other soda is $196 dollars becuase it wasnt with the original order. See my point. Tmobile is waiting for customers to have enough before they will act like an ethical business. Shame on you tmobile.

I have been with TMobile for over 10 years, the first few years were fine, good service and good reception. In the past year I have dropped calls daily, no reception at my work place, poor reception in my home, and no reception at my child’s school. I got her a phone for emergencies, but she can’t use it because there are no bars on her phone at school. My wife had a car accident last month and she couldn’t dial 911 from a road in the middle of the city because there was no service, the other car involved had another provider and got through immediately. When I called TMobile, they just give me a polite apology, that they are obviously reading from a script in their computer since they all said the exact same thing, but offer no solution and will not cancel my contract because according to them they are working on a prompt resolution to this issue(for the past 8 months). If you ask to speak to a supervisor, the politeness goes away, the supervisor rudely tells you there is nothing he can do and transfers you to the “cancellations” department where they keep you on hold for 45min, and then they tell you that you can cancel the account but you are still liable for the remaining contract. This is how 10 years plus of loyalty is rewarded by Tmobil. As soon as my contract is over I’m going to any other provider.
